Terms of Service for Valor Bot

Valor Bot is a Discord bot designed to provide event scheduling, announcements, and connection between Discord servers and the Valor Clan Portal to users on the Discord platform.

The Bot is owned and operated by SahaleGaming ("we," "us," or "our").

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Discord and this Bot.
• You must comply with all official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's official terms while using the Bot also constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When using Valor Bot you agree not to:

• Abuse or Exploit: Attempt to exploit bugs, reverse engineer, spam commands, or overload the Bot's infrastructure.
• Violate Laws: Use the Bot to facilitate illegal activities, transmit harmful content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Bypass Restrictions: Attempt to bypass server blacklists, user bans, or access restrictions enforced by the Bot or its developers.
• Malicious Automation: Use unauthorized self-bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the Bot's mechanics (e.g., automated economy farming).

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in your user ID or server being permanently banned from using the Bot.

• Uptime: The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or continuous availability.
• Updates & Maintenance: We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any feature of the Bot at any time with or without prior notice.
• Data Resets: In rare cases (such as major updates, database migrations, or security breaches), user data or progress may be reset or modified.

• All code, original graphics, assets, logos, and branding related to Valor remain the exclusive property of SahaleGaming.
• You retain ownership of any content you send or process through the Bot, but grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content solely to deliver the Bot's services.

• No Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Limitation of Damages: SahaleGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to use, the Bot (including, but not limited to, lost data, server disruption, or moderation mistakes made by automated systems).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Valor Bot instantly, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Bot, its infrastructure, or other users.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in our official support server or website. Your continued use of the Bot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
