Privacy Policy for Valor Bot

This Privacy Policy explains how SahaleGaming ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Valor Bot ("the Bot") on Discord. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or using its features, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of data required to operate, maintain, and secure the Bot effectively.
A. Data Collected Automatically
When you interact with the Bot, we may collect and process the following information provided via Discord's API:
- Discord Identifiers: User ID, Server (Guild) ID, and Channel ID.
- Command Usage & Logs: Timestamps, command names executed, error logs, and execution parameters.
- Message Content: Only message content directly following a bot command trigger, or messages processed in channels designated for specific bot functions (e.g., ticket systems, auto-moderation). We do not continuously record or store global chat history.
B. Data You Provide Directly
- Custom Configuration: Server settings set by administrators (e.g., prefix, welcome channel IDs, custom roles, feature toggles).
- User-Generated Content: Custom profile data, economy points, level progression, support ticket text, or user preferences configured via bot commands.
C. Sensitive Data & Minors
The Bot does not intentionally collect personal health details, precise financial info, legal names, passwords, or government IDs. The Bot is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable legal age in your region).
2. How We Use Your Information
We process collected data solely for the following operational purposes:
- Core Functionality: Storing server configurations, tracking user progress/stats, and executing user-requested commands.
- Service Improvement & Debugging: Analyzing error logs to fix software bugs and optimize performance.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Detecting and preventing spam, exploit attempts, API abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Storage Infrastructure: Data is stored in secured databases hosted on supabase.com.
- Security Measures: Access to the database is restricted via strict access controls, secure authentication, and encrypted transfer protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
- No Unencrypted Passwords or Tokens: API tokens and credentials are stored securely using environment variables and encryption.
4. Data Retention Policy
We retain collected data only as long as necessary to provide the Bot's services:

When a server owner removes (kicks) the Bot from a server, server-specific settings are queued for deletion within 90 days.
5. Data Access & Deletion Requests (Your Rights)
In compliance with Discord Developer Terms, GDPR, and global data protection laws, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Manual Request: Submit a request to the developer containing your Discord User ID via Email: sahale.gaming@gmail.com
Deletion Processing
Upon receiving a valid request, all identifiable user data associated with your User ID will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
The Bot relies on third-party infrastructure providers to host and run operations. Their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies:

- Hosting/Database Providers: supabase.com, Vercel.com, railway.com
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be announced in our official Discord Support Server. Continued use of the Bot after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
